You will be asked to complete the Get Active Questionnaire (GAQ) for review by one of our fitness specialists before getting started. They'll teach you training techniques, increase strength, enhance aerobic and sport-specific performance, and provide nutrition and lifestyle advice. Our trainers are certified professionals dedicated to helping you improve your fitness, health and quality of life. Once you are ready to book your training, purchase your membership online or with our customer service staff. Speak to our customer service staff and they would be happy to connect you with a trainer.
